What I'm looking for

I want to develop my skills while representing myself and the establishment with trust, confidence, patience and determination, and help portray a positive image of the industry and company.

With the Ministry of Youth and Sports, I design, implement and coordinate programs and activities for young people in my community. I've hosted leadership workshops, summer camps and district youth and sports awards.

At Itel International BPO, I provided solutions to customers' specific needs before being promoted to Subject Matter Expert. I handled supervisor calls, completed agent attendance and reports, tracked team stats and prepared coachings for agents.
