I’m a customer-focused team leader and manager known for implementing effective quality control measures and leading daily operations that improve client satisfaction. I stay calm under pressure, resolve escalated inquiries and complaints, and keep service consistent through clear coaching and standards.

In my current role, I hold regular one-on-one meetings to review performance and priorities, provide feedback, and drive corrective action processes. I also coordinated scheduling to optimize staff coverage during peak hours and improved team communication through new collaboration tools—strengthening project coordination and overall results.

Before that, I built client relationships as a cosmetologist by delivering expert haircuts, coloring, highlighting, and styling while supporting reception duties like phone coverage, appointment scheduling, and payment processing. I’m also pursuing an Associate of Science in Nursing (expected 05/2028), strengthening my foundation in patient care and medical terminology.
