I am looking for growth and a chance to expand in a new career.

After having the opportunity to start my own bakery business and love every second of watching it bloom, it is time to put my time and much learned efforts towards something new. Being able to demonstrate my strategic planning, problem solving and team building abilities, as well as showcasing my attention to customer and business needs while keeping the environment motivational, diplomatic and respectful.

After working years in the pastry industry, I opened my retail bakery in June 2018. Growing my small retail business into a wholesale production bakery was a learning experience. The growth of the business allowed me to expanded as an individual. Gaining hands-on knowledge about business management, meeting customer needs and engaging with clients regularly while keeping productivity efficient.
