What I'm looking for

I seek remote or hybrid roles in UK-focused real estate valuation, acquisitions or disposals where I can apply RICS-based valuation skills, financial modelling and client-facing experience to manage significant transactions and support business growth.

I am a resourceful real estate professional with over 4 years' experience in property valuation, acquisition and land disposals across the UK market.

Trained on the RICS pathway, I have produced Red Book valuation reports, managed due diligence and coordinated large-scale transactions for public and private sector clients.

I have hands-on experience building financial models and development appraisals using Argus Developer and advanced Excel, and I have advised on transactions including sites with multi‑hundred million pound values.

I work effectively remote or on-site, with strong client-facing, negotiation and CRM skills, and a track record delivering marketing, virtual viewings, data room setup and sales coordination.
