At JAC Project Management & Cost Consultancy, I support commercial office projects across central London, reviewing project administration and financial information, including invoices, forecasts and budgets.
I coordinate information across stakeholders and technical disciplines, identify inconsistencies and help maintain accurate project records. My project work spans values from approximately £500,000 to £45 million.
During a placement at Lanyon Bowdler LLP, I prepared a report on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and reviewed property search reports, maps and datasets. I also completed risk and operations simulations involving financial analysis, contract interpretation and due diligence.
