I'm looking to lead technology, SAP, digital transformation, and IT governance initiatives where I can connect strategy, investment management, executive reporting, and operational delivery.

I've led digital transformation and IT governance initiatives across agribusiness, spanning SAP architecture, critical infrastructure, investment portfolios, and executive reporting.

At Sementes Jotabasso, I progressed from Projects Specialist to IT Projects Coordinator and led an SAP ERP upgrade from version 1900 to 2023FPS with 20 specialists and third-party consultancies. I also delivered HCM, CRM, Workforce, GAtec Simplefarm, and Syngenta Cropwise integrations.

I connect strategy to execution by translating BSC into tactical IT plans, KPI tracking, executive committees, and reports for the CFO and Executive Board. My work has included OPEX reductions, over R$500,000 in change-request savings, logistics improvements, and full technical compliance across four Tax Reform phases.

Previously, I supported SAP S/4HANA implementation and security at Girassol Agrícola, built executive QlikView dashboards at TMG, and led data center, ERP, and remote-connectivity initiatives at Grupo Horita. I've also implemented agricultural ERP solutions for more than 20 agribusiness groups and supported over 50 companies.
