I want to keep managing end-to-end motor insurance claims remotely, using HubSpot and QA audits to improve response time, resolve disputes quickly, and maintain accurate, compliant claim records for customers and brokers.

I’m an experienced claims manager in the motor insurance industry, focused on maintaining high standards and delivering excellent claim outcomes from start to finish. I bring strong quality assurance, leadership, and client success management, with a practical drive for continuous improvement.

In my current role, I act as an independent contractor for a direct client in Queensland, Australia, monitoring high-volume shared inboxes and CRM dashboards. I process windscreen lodgments and payments, coordinate assessment tasks, and conduct comprehensive claims analysis—liability, policy schedules and coverage, and complex scenarios including MPE, fire and theft, total loss, and potential fraud.

Previously as an SR. Associate in claims and settlements (Team POC) at WNS–IAG Motor Insurance, I handled accident claims for Australian clients, booked assessments and repairs, arranged hire car, processed payments, supported payment plan and liability disputes, and trained new employees. I also performed quality audit reviews and helped resolve complaints by coordinating across departments, including recovery, underwriting, sales, customer relations, and litigations.
