I'm seeking an HR Generalist or HR Manager role where policy, compliance and talent strategy drive business results.

At Integrin Health Care, I built the HR function from scratch, creating policies, employment documents and standard formats for the pharma company and its 40+ field staff across multiple geographies.

I manage recruitment across role families and the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. By streamlining onboarding, I reduced turnaround time by about 40%.

I run payroll, salary structuring and PF and ESIC processes, maintaining 100% on-time payments and zero compliance gaps. I also prepare monthly MIS on field attendance, activity and payroll for leadership.

As the first HR hire at Technical Guftgu, I designed company-wide HR documentation standards and managed full-cycle hiring. I also supported campus hiring across 5+ colleges and launched 3+ university collaboration programs for training and development.
