As an AI-native BA, I identify automation opportunities, define data and governance requirements, and help teams adopt Copilot, Power Platform, dashboards, and intelligent process-improvement solutions—bridging business, IT, finance, operations, and product through discovery workshops, stakeholder alignment, backlog refinement, Jira/Confluence, and BPMN/UML.
