What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead analytics that turn metrics into actionable decisions—combining KPI design, dashboarding, and automation. I want a team where process improvements and mentoring matter, and where insights directly support product and business outcomes.

I lead analytics teams and deliver structured, high-quality analytical products. As an Analytics Team Lead at MeMo² a Kantar company, I managed short-term team planning and capacity allocation, initiated process and methodological improvements, and built a structured onboarding flow while mentoring new team members.

Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst on KPI tracking, campaign analysis, modeling studies, ad hoc analyses, and dashboard development. I automated recurring workflows using Python (data extraction, preprocessing, KPI calculation) and integrated outputs with Power BI dashboards, while developing and maintaining Python scripts, Power BI dashboards, and in-house Python packages.

Earlier roles strengthened my ability to connect insights to business decisions: I designed a system of metrics for product performance monitoring as a Product Analyst, created interactive dashboards with Qlik and Power BI, and conducted user research and marketing analysis for a new product launch at Ozon.ru. I also enjoy automation beyond dashboards—n8n enthusiast who built an end-to-end automated customer support workflow integrating six communication channels.
