What I'm looking for

Remote-first work where I can help with operations, content, email/SMM, iGaming workflows, QA, localization, and AI-assisted process improvement. I am open to startup/generalist roles and practical cross-functional work where I can learn the product, keep details accurate, and reduce repetitive manual tasks.

Startup operations generalist with experience across iGaming operations, digital catalog work, email and social content, localization, visual assets, and AI-assisted workflow improvement. At Gamegram, I managed casino game catalog work using aggregator and provider data, including availability checks, metadata, thumbnails, and publication preparation. I used ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-assisted scripts/tools to reduce repetitive file handling, content preparation, and review work. I also coordinated provider promotion support and prepared player communications across email, social media, in-app messages, and push notifications. I supported website and campaign localization using JSON/key-based content, Strapi updates, terminology checks, and AI-assisted translation review. I am looking for remote roles in iGaming operations, content operations, email/SMM operations, startup operations, or AI-assisted workflow improvement.
