Directed the architectural design and setup of global infrastructure for a holding company's micro-credit business across multiple countries, ensuring scalability and regional compliance. Spearheaded the implementation of advanced AWS infrastructure utilizing Terraform, including redundant multi-AZ autoscaling hybrid GPU nodes (EKS) and RDS with RDS proxies.

Achieved and maintained PCI DSS compliance through the implementation of security best practices, manual penetration tests, and automated vulnerability scans. Orchestrated a complete rebuild of the micro-credit business infrastructure from scratch, significantly enhancing reliability, performance, and security posture for microservices and migration to AWS.

Designed and implemented the common infrastructure architecture for all Sixt Leasing SE projects at the holding level, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization. Drove infrastructure deployment and automation utilizing Terraform and Ansible, reducing manual effort and increasing deployment speed.

Developed and implemented the Datacenter architecture, planned server procurement, and built three DPDK-accelerated OpenStack clouds based on RADOS in remote datacenters. Championed the Infrastructure as Code approach, documenting all setup processes in Ansible projects and leveraging Puppet and Cobbler for automation.

Set up new environments in CloudStack, providing comprehensive support, installation, and troubleshooting for high-loaded servers. Supported client and infrastructure servers, primarily on RedHat with Postfix, Nginx, Apache, Magento, and WordPress in cloud environments.

Conducted installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, penetration testing, and security hardening for RHEL, Debian, FreeBSD high-loaded servers, OpenStack, and CloudStack. Provided website support, recovered lost archive passwords, and performed penetration testing.

Activities and societies: Distributed computer modelling with GROMACS, AMBER, etc, and own software. Main tasks regarding molecular modelling of DNA beta-polymerase using GRID technology. Passed PhD exams with grade 'excellent'.
