I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Programme Development specialist with over 19 years designing and delivering complex evaluations, field assessments, and analytical reports across Somalia and the Horn of Africa. I combine rigorous evaluation methodology, sampling, and tool development with hands-on field leadership to produce evidence-based recommendations.
