What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can ensure accountable humanitarian delivery through logistics funds management, strong budgeting and compliance, and clear reporting—using data to support operational decisions in fragile, displacement-affected contexts.

I’m a development and humanitarian professional with 6+ years of experience across programme implementation, community engagement, and field operations in NGO and UN environments. I support community-based programmes in fragile and displacement-affected contexts, with a strong focus on project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and accountability.

In peacebuilding work, I manage stakeholder engagement, capacity building, community mobilization, and organizational coordination to deliver Peacebuilding initiatives with timely, high-quality reporting. I coordinate project design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting with MEAL teams, maintain transparency in resource use, and integrate Do No Harm and conflict-sensitive approaches.

Earlier, I worked in agro-pastoral and humanitarian programme delivery as an Agronomist Officer and Field Officer. I led community mobilization and beneficiary selection, delivered training on Good Agricultural Practices, supervised field activities, and managed data collection, cleaning, and reporting to inform decisions and program planning.

In my current role in logistics funds management, I lead end-to-end supply chain cost planning, budgeting, funds analysis, invoice processing, and financial controls. I ensure compliance with IPSAS standards, WFP financial regulations, and donor requirements, and I improve evidence-based reporting and data quality using tools including Power BI, Tableau, and WFP systems.
