Munya Ramazani Munya

I am a motivated humanitarian professional with more than five years' hands-on experience in protection, health, and community development programs. My work centers on gender-based violence (GBV), child protection, and education advocacy, delivering services under pressure in diverse contexts.

I have direct experience with case management, survivor support, and community engagement gained through roles at Somali Red Crescent Society (RFL), Jubbaland Red Crescent, Jubba Valley Development Center, MCAN, and SOMDO. I provide linguistic support, translation, and interpretation to ensure culturally appropriate communication with affected populations.

My operational strengths include field coordination, stakeholder engagement, multi-sectoral collaboration, data collection and reporting, and developing multilingual awareness materials. I have supported health facility coordination, pharmacy logistics, and humanitarian relief operations to deliver lifesaving assistance.

I hold certificates in nursing and computer science, and I am pursuing a degree in public health. I am committed to ethical, survivor-centered approaches and to building local capacity through training, advocacy, and culturally sensitive programming.
