What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can support legal or administrative teams end-to-end—managing calendars, records, and projects—while using my grant coordination, client communication, and tenacious problem-solving to deliver efficient, people-first outcomes.

I bring a steady, people-first approach to work—adaptive to new technology, confident with professional communication, and relentless about turning messy processes into clear results. I’m at my best when I’m organizing priorities, coordinating people and timelines, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Paralegal at Michael T. Callahan & GBYS Law, I organize meetings and appointments, manage the Outlook calendar, maintain contact lists, and keep filing systems efficient both virtually and manually. I produce and distribute correspondence and forms, assist with regularly scheduled reports and discovery, and handle continuing education scheduling—while juggling multiple projects and multi-tasking without losing accuracy.

Before moving deeper into legal support, I strengthened my administrative and project capability through public-sector work with the City of St. Petersburg’s Engineering and Capital Improvements Department. There, I coordinated Special Assessment District (SAD) processes, supported citizen outreach, maintained reports and records for tracking and forecasting, and supported grant research by gathering information, drafting grant outlines, and writing narratives.

I also lead with creativity and accountability, built through years of directing children’s and youth ministries and administering programs that require inclusion, planning, and volunteer coordination. Whether managing curriculum, running events and fundraisers, or supporting students and families with care, I bring a motivated, results-driven mindset—paired with strong customer service and troubleshooting—to every team I join.
