At Heartland RADAC, I manage financial administration and reporting for a portfolio of grants, including budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and funder-specific invoicing.
I support close processes, audits, and financial reporting through reconciliations, journal entries, and analysis of grant budgets and expenses. I also improved financial tracking systems and procedures with Excel tools including XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Power Query.
Before this, I worked in insurance and Medicare customer service, handling coverage and billing inquiries, claims, and escalations. I used Salesforce at GEICO and drew on ICD-10 and CPT code knowledge in Medicare-related roles.
