At DMS Logistics, I lead Product Discovery initiatives and the evolution of internal products, connecting business, technology, and stakeholders.
I progressed from Technology Intern to Project Management Assistant, Project Management Team Leader, and Squad Team Leader. My work spans demand management, requirements elicitation and specification, backlog prioritization, systems integration, functional documentation, process definition, executive forums, and cross-functional delivery.
I translate business needs into clear requirements and support multidisciplinary teams from discovery through value delivery. I also manage project schedules, risks, communications, KPIs, governance, and agile ways of working.
With a Software Engineering degree and an MBA in IT Management, I bring an analytical, strategic, results-oriented approach to digital transformation, product management, process intelligence, and continuous improvement.
