Alice Matsaure

As a Social Development Officer, I provide support and services to children in need of care and protection, adhering to national guidelines. My role includes conducting child protection assessments, providing probation services, and coordinating partnerships to prevent violence against children. I also facilitate home visits and ensure compliance with regulations.

In my role as a Case Management Officer, I focused on the identification, documentation, and reunification of children living outside family environments. I coordinated projects to prevent violence against children and facilitated child protection meetings at various levels.

As a Social Worker, I provided case management services to children, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. My focus was on ensuring timely and appropriate services for children with protection concerns and strengthening community systems through training.

Pursuing an MSc in Human Resources Management, with an emphasis on organizational behavior, human resource planning, and employee relations.

Completed a BSc (Honours) degree in Social Work, focusing on the principles and practices of social work, including child protection and community development.
