What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build people-centered operational systems for work that matters, helping lean and distributed teams make decisions independently through clear documentation, onboarding, and reliable processes.

I've built the operational backbone for remote teams at Blue Ridge Home Buyers, Vlancia Home Buyers, Homely, and Atlas Digital/Home Scale. I run structured coordination, own KPI tracking and reporting, and resolve workflow friction before it escalates.

At Vlancia Home Buyers, I was the sole operations resource supporting a founder and built the process infrastructure from zero. I created a centralized SOP repository, rebuilt shared knowledge systems, and turned undocumented workflows into repeatable processes that distributed teams could run independently.

Outside client work, I founded and operate Alexandria TNR Campaigns, creating the logistics, inventory, vendor, and record-keeping systems for a sustained animal-welfare field operation. I've coordinated sterilisation and vaccination for 117+ dogs and 14 cats while managing community stakeholders and veterinary suppliers.
