I want to build secure, scalable full-stack products using Python/Django and modern front-end tooling, integrating real-time features and practical GenAI. I’m looking for a team that values clean APIs, strong testing, and ownership in an Agile workflow.

I’m a full-stack software engineer and M.Sc. student focused on building scalable, secure web applications, RESTful APIs, and cross-platform experiences. In my current role, I designed a full-stack platform to manage the Annual Work and Budget Plan (PTBA), monitoring & evaluation, and decision-making for public-sector stakeholders.

I architected a four-level validation workflow with role-based transitions and a complete audit trail, then implemented a strict multi-tenant model using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security plus ministry_id propagation across the relational graph. I delivered a ~120-endpoint DRF API with advanced filtering, pagination, and automated tests, and built a Flutter Web interface (Riverpod, GoRouter) with role dashboards and PDF/CSV exports.

I also integrated real-time communication (Django Channels, Redis) for chat, transition notifications, and WebRTC video conferencing, and added an on-premises AI assistant using Ollama for report, PDF, and audit summaries—without relying on proprietary cloud services. Previously, I built payment integrations (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo), improved responsive UI performance by 20% with Angular, and strengthened database integrity for inventory and transactions; I’m now applying that same engineering rigor to my Data Science and AI learning through projects like LLM fine-tuning for healthcare information access.
