I’m a Fullstack AI Engineer focused on delivering end-to-end systems that are both reliable and operationally measurable. I build across front office, back office, payments, and production workflows—so teams can move fast without sacrificing stability.

At ERHA & DERMIES, I drove architecture and implementation for a clinic POS platform spanning medical records, pharmacy, inventory, promo/loyalty, accounting, and payments. I delivered Cashier Receipt Forms across 109 branches, refactored the promo/voucher engine, and rebuilt a lossy payment logging pipeline to eliminate 100% of corrupted production data and cut debug time by ~80%.

I also owned payment integrations (including BRI QR/EDC and Xendit self/advance payments) with structured logging and full callback reliability—supporting ~200,000+ monthly transactions across 100+ locations. To improve production effectiveness, I built Incident Brain, an AI-powered root-cause system using hybrid RAG that reduced diagnosis time from ~120 minutes to under 10 minutes (12x faster) and auto-escalated synthesized fixes to Slack.

Earlier, I led a cross-functional squad as a System Analyst, shaping architecture decisions and delivering PGN’s enterprise CRM & Billing System modules. I produced functional specification designs across 15+ stakeholder sessions (achieving 100% sign-off with zero rework), delivered PoCs to accelerate architecture approval by ~3 weeks, and supported production readiness through 200+ integration test scenarios.
