At ALITAS DEL CADILLAC, I prepared drinks and cocktails, managed inventory, and served international customers. I bring a warm customer experience and a foundation in beverages to busy service environments.
In my current client-management work, I present information, provide personalized responses, quote prices, and communicate processes. From 2022 to 2025, I also handled customer service and orders for a family business, including product deliveries and customer inquiries.
I create and edit digital content, including video and Shorts for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and edit audio with Adobe Audition. I’ve also participated in independent miniseries and narrative productions, and completed training in voice acting, social media marketing, and bionic prosthetics.
