I've led full-lifecycle, multi-million-dollar projects across construction, retail operations, and software development. Most recently, I launched Seed & Stone Cannabis in Coquitlam, coordinating vendors, inventory systems, compliance, staff training, and daily operating workflows.
At Beananza Coffee Co., I spearheaded the expansion and launch of Pizzeria Ludica, a 60+ seat Italian restaurant in New Westminster, managing location selection, design, construction, staffing, POS and inventory integration, and stakeholder approvals. I delivered the launch on time and within budget while improving operational quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
Earlier, I directed the Paradiso Nouva high-rise development, managed a $2 million pipeline project, and built Curam and Java case-processing applications for WorkSafeBC. I'm a PMP-certified project leader who brings change management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and practical process improvement to complex regulated environments.
