At KDF Group, a Russian MedTech company focused on Women's Health, I analysed competitor pricing, developed unit economics for product initiatives, and contributed to BI dashboards covering more than 50 product metrics.

I supported a Donor Bank launch by building its cost structure, revenue model, and unit economics, projecting a six-month payback period. I also gathered stakeholder requirements, developed a KPI framework and bonus pool model, and maintained a target margin of 54%.

For fertility medications, I benchmarked regional and competitor gonadotropin prices and recommended pricing 10–15% below the market average while preserving the target margin. I built an AI-assisted Python scraper to automate competitor price collection for ongoing market monitoring.

I use product metrics, customer journey mapping, prioritisation frameworks, and dashboard methodology to turn market and operational data into launch and management decisions.
