At Development Aid from People to People, I managed grants administration and monitoring, evaluation, research and learning systems across donor-funded programmes. I developed monitoring frameworks and reporting systems, and built Power BI and Excel dashboards to support programme management.
As Provincial Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Development Aid from People to People, I managed monitoring systems for the CDC-funded Total Control of Epidemics community HIV programme.
