• Asset Protection Under Hyperinflation: Designed and implemented a real-time financial tracking system that preserved the asset base of an entire retail store network through a hyperinflationary environment exceeding 1,000,000% (Venezuela, 2017–2019). Applied advanced financial modeling to adjust pricing, margins, and inventory in real time.

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Owned end-to-end bud

 Increased the accomplishment of the production plan, passing from an average of 53% to an average of 93%. This was done through a much more accurate recipe of the products and a better coordination of the level of inventories in planta. All of this without passing the amount of USD that it was needed to have in the inventories of raw materials
 Decreased of the level of Purchasing orders.
