What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance + data role where I can automate reporting, optimize cash and margins, and use Python/R analytics to build executive-ready dashboards and actionable decision support—preferably with room to lead process and FP&A improvements remotely.

I’m a Business & Data Analyst and currently serve as CFO at Intezia in Caracas, translating complex operational and financial data into process improvements and strategic decisions. I built an end-to-end transactions database to automate real-time P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet generation, cutting data-entry time by ~1 hour daily.

My work focuses on margin and cash outcomes: I identified margin leakage tied to a compensation structure and helped implement a restructured hourly-rate model plus supplier contract renegotiations, improving per-project margin by ~20%. I also redesigned the accounts receivable pipeline to address misalignment between Finance and Sales, reducing average days overdue from 15 to 7.

Before this, I supported multinational clients as an International Tax Assistant at Ernst & Young Venezuela, managing full-cycle transfer pricing studies and comparability analyses using tools like TPBenchmark and Bloomberg. I bring the same analytical rigor and clarity to leadership as an Advisory Director/Project Advisor for an NGO, where I redesigned curriculum using participant evaluation data and mentored a team of 5 advisors.
