I also shortened Board financial-deck delivery from 15 to 7 business days after close.

I have designed multi-project controls for a 100-well upstream energy venture with a 20-year, $500M contract value, strengthened IFRS governance alongside Big Four auditors, and led SAP and Profit Plus implementations.
