At Workbox Staffing, I administer Microsoft 365 for 200+ endpoints using Entra ID and Intune, while maintaining UniFi network infrastructure across 23 branch locations.
I built a structured ticket triage process and SharePoint knowledge base to improve resolution times and reduce repeat issues. I also led a Linux kiosk initiative that extended the life of 10+ Windows 11-ineligible PCs and reduced replacement costs by more than $5,000.
Previously at Display Pack, I managed Active Directory, Group Policy, file-share permissions, printers, and a Windows 11 upgrade across 50+ PCs. At SecurAlarm, I diagnosed low-voltage security, CCTV, access-control, and intrusion-system issues while providing after-hours support.
Outside of work, I run a segmented home network using OPNsense, a Cisco managed switch, five VLANs, and inter-VLAN firewall rules. I also deployed Wazuh in Docker to collect logs and send real-time security alerts to Slack.
