I’m a healthcare-focused professional who coordinates safe transitions from hospital discharge to home respiratory and DME care. At Rotech Healthcare, I planned and coordinated discharge services with case managers, social workers, nurses, and physicians to support smooth handoffs.

I facilitated patient referrals from intake through delivery—covering insurance verification, documentation, reimbursement requirements, and follow-up to ensure patient and referral source satisfaction. I delivered, set up, and educated patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of home medical and respiratory equipment at discharge.

Alongside my clinical work, I bring structured leadership from being a Project Manager with UNCW Campus Life. I planned, marketed, and led educational workshops on United Nations sustainability goals and facilitated biweekly nonprofit service projects, including hosting students for 194.5 hours.

I also built measurable impact through UNCW Votes, achieving 1,234 student registrations in Fall 2024 and 984 registrations for Spring 2025. Earlier, as a store manager, I led daily operations with strong customer service, inventory management, and staff coordination—work that reinforced my multitasking and inclusion-focused approach.
