What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative K-12 or secondary role focused on social studies instruction, differentiation, development of course materials, and professional growth opportunities.

I am a licensed secondary social studies educator with an endorsement in 7-12 Social Sciences and Nebraska Initial Secondary Certification, dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging learning experiences that promote student growth.

I have classroom experience designing and implementing lessons across grades 7-12, including International Studies, Service Learning, Civics, and Government, and have led inquiry-based and multi-day units that emphasize collaboration and real-world connections.

I consistently use data-informed differentiation, collaborate with special education teams and colleagues, and implement behavior supports aligned to MTSS-B to foster positive classroom environments and strong student relationships.

I prioritize professional learning—participating in service-learning curriculum design and IB-aligned training—and maintain clear communication with families while managing attendance, grading, and required records.
