What I'm looking for

I seek a student-centered role where I can use technology and leadership programming to boost engagement, mentor colleagues, and develop standards-aligned curriculum.

I am a dedicated high school Social Studies educator with an M.Ed. and a strong track record of building student engagement and academic success. I design rigorous, standards-aligned courses in World History, U.S. History, and Human Geography and prepare students for state assessments.

I leverage technology and virtual learning platforms—Schoology, Teams, Zoom, Apex Learning, DBQ Online, and smart boards—to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning styles, including 1:1 tutoring and accommodations for IEP/504 students.

I have coached and advised extracurricular programs, including debate and an Esports team, and I coordinated student organizations and leadership workshops at the university level, managing schedules, events, and student workers.

I mentor colleagues on instructional technology, contribute to professional development, and consistently meet deadlines while volunteering for campus and school events to support community and student success.
