My journey in the healthcare field began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I developed a deep understanding of patient care, particularly for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

At Bertram House of Swampscott, I manage a wide range of processes, from recruiting and training staff to marketing and community engagement. My previous experience at Sunrise of Burlington as a Reminiscence Supervisor further solidified my commitment to enhancing the lives of residents through personalized care and engaging activities.
