I’m a compassionate care professional with experience supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and complex medical needs across residential, memory care, assisted living, ABA, and day program settings. I focus on person-centered care, building trusting relationships, and advocating for the people I support.
I provide hands-on, high-acuity assistance including ADL support and structured routines, and I’ve supported catheter care, G-tube feeding, and tracheostomy care. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care needs, and support family communication to keep plans consistent and effective.
Most recently, I’m working in memory care and residential settings, while also bringing ABA-informed behavioral support experience to my approach. With CPR, First Aid, and QMAP certifications, and a background coordinating student engagement programs, I’m seeking to contribute as a Care Coordinator with Aspen’s at Fort Collins.
