I’m looking for a role where I can lead projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional and remote teams, and improve operational performance—on time and within budget—through strong planning, clear communication, and effective training.

I’m a Project Manager with experience leading teams, improving operational execution, and delivering results across facilities and remote environments. With a BA in Psychology, I bring a people-first approach to training, delegation, and continuous performance improvement.

In my current role as a Custodial Services Manager at Hofstra University, I direct a team of unionized custodians, manage morning and evening shifts, and conduct training that improves cleaning standards and reduces response time.
