At Speedex Logistics Limited, I coordinate trailer routing, scheduling, allocation, and movement tracking for import/export clearance and upcountry deliveries. I keep clients and management updated on transit progress, incidents, and delays.

I prepare and verify delivery notes, consignment notes, air waybills, customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, permits, and licenses. I work with drivers, clearing agents, customs authorities, airlines, and transporters to support smooth cargo movement through the Port of Mombasa and ICD Nairobi.

Previously at KR Hauliers, I managed fleet maintenance, driver oversight, vehicle performance tracking, fuel records, costs, compliance, warehouse operations, inventory control, and supplier coordination. I helped improve operational efficiency by optimizing inventory management and reducing delays.

I also bring customer service and web content writing experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Logistics Management. I'm passionate about logistics and supply chain efficiency, with a focus on safe, timely delivery and effective customs clearance.
