Jet Trading Africa

At JET TRADING AFRICA, I managed road transportation and logistics across East African corridors, coordinating cargo movements from collection through delivery. I coordinated approximately 50 trucks per month and worked with drivers, transporters, customers, and other logistics stakeholders.

I planned and monitored domestic and cross-border cargo movements, including steel, sulphur, copper, and containerized goods. I followed up on delays and other operational disruptions, and communicated shipment updates to customers.

I used Oracle Transport Management for transport planning and tracking, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and logistics analysis. Earlier, as a Logistics Intern / Operations Support at JET TRADING AFRICA, I supported documentation, shipment follow-up, and truck allocation.
