I focus on building and scaling enterprise data platforms that become systems of record in regulated financial environments, where accuracy, consistency, and auditability matter.

In my current role, I own a suite of data products supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows across the firm. This includes Assets Under Care, Core Households, and additional firm metrics products. The work centers on defining data models, governance standards, and API-based access that allow teams to reliably integrate and use data across multiple systems.

When I stepped into the role, reconciliation cycles took days, definitions varied across teams, and confidence in the data was inconsistent. By embedding validation, standardizing source-of-truth rules, and improving transparency across systems, reconciliation moved to same-day and the platform became something teams rely on instead of work around.

My role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and governance. I set direction, drive tradeoffs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that improve data reliability and enable better decisions.

Over time, my work has expanded beyond individual products into building out platform capabilities. This includes enabling multiple teams through standardized data environments, shared data structures, and repeatable workflows that support scalable data product development. I am focused on product roles centered on enterprise data platforms, analytics, and internal systems.
