I lead global technology procurement and strategic sourcing across IT, SaaS, AI, telecom, cloud, and software portfolios. I bring more than eight years of experience aligning sourcing strategies with business and technology objectives.

At Thomson Reuters, I lead procurement operations, data quality, reporting, compliance, system integration, and supplier performance management. I identify addressable spend opportunities through analysis of historic spend, contracts, and business requirements.

At Yandex/Yango, I negotiated multi-jurisdictional agreements across Dubai, Panama, LATAM, and English-law governance, reducing project costs by 8% while strengthening compliance and commercial risk controls. I also delivered $7M+ in annual savings, built executive dashboards, and supported launches across Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, and Guatemala.

Previously at AT&T, I negotiated technology contracts exceeding $10M and delivered more than $1.6M in savings through a Microsoft negotiation. I work closely with Finance, Legal, Information Security, category leaders, and global suppliers to improve cost, governance, and supplier performance.
