I'm looking to lead product, quality, or multidisciplinary teams where I can shape strategy, improve delivery, and build services with measurable real-world impact.

I'm the co-founder, QA and product manager behind Donorium, a Romanian blood-donation project whose iOS and Android apps have surpassed 125,000 downloads and facilitate hundreds of donations daily.

At Yarooms, I led product strategy from business objectives and roadmaps through feature specifications and sprint planning for web, mobile, room-panel, and lobby-display products. I worked across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and development to help a 35-person group collaborate effectively.

Previously, I led QA at King, where testing-service quality never dropped below 95%, expanded automation into an integrated hardware and software infrastructure, and later managed an office of around 45 employees. My background also includes coordination for the European Commission EDQM, incident management at Ericsson, project and resource management, and QA project leadership at Electronic Arts.
