At Prostar Appliance, I worked with customers daily as an Appliance Repair Technician (Contractor). I found the root cause of technical issues, explained them simply, and helped resolve difficult customer situations.
I’ve been involved in crypto since 2016, including mining, trading, and active self-custody. I use a Tangem hardware wallet, Uniswap, LOBSTR, Coinbase, and Binance.
I also made custom stained glass panels and sold them to international buyers on Etsy. I’m studying for the AWS Solutions Architect and CKA certifications, and I speak Russian natively with working-proficiency English.
