I lead revenue analytics, forecasting, and data engineering at a ~700-person AAA game studio, owning the modeling approach, department priorities, and final deliverables before they reach stakeholders. I combine an engineering background with business-first analytics to turn raw data into trustworthy guidance.

In forecasting, I build and continuously improve linear regression-based models in Python—owning end-to-end quarterly forecasting and improving forecast accuracy by approximately 20%. I also lead migrations from Excel to R and Python and from Redshift to BigQuery, rebuilding data sources and keeping downstream dashboards live throughout cutovers.

On the data platform side, I design fact and dimension tables in dbt as a “Single Source of Truth,” with tests aligned to production quality and legal/compliance needs. I build customer journey and churn-focused visualizations by orchestrating pipelines with Airflow and dbt across BigQuery, Redshift, and Trino, and I design/analyze A/B tests with pre-registered hypotheses to flag risk and anomalies early.
