I’m a CompTIA A+ Certified professional with a strong background in operational management and client services. I bring bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and a troubleshooting mindset, with experience handling incident escalation, daily operations, and frontline support.

In my current work, I supervise daily operations, monitor compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, and train new staff on operational procedures and best practices. I also provide support that prioritizes independence and well-being, while maintaining high-quality service.

I’m ready to deliver efficient technical support while continuing to expand my technical expertise through hands-on learning, home lab projects, and professional development.
