I’m a Senior Backend Engineer and Technical Co-Founder with 8+ years of experience shaping distributed backend systems from ambiguous product ideas into reliable production platforms. I build high-performance services and custom networking infrastructure, and I own features end-to-end—from problem definition and architecture through deployment, production support, and long-term evolution.

At Tomoru, I helped grow a venture-backed communication automation product into a multi-tenant platform for voice agents, sales automation, lead qualification, customer reactivation, surveys, reminders, and white-label solutions. I’ve defined system-wide trade-offs to balance performance, reliability, delivery speed, operational complexity, and cost—then led a re-architecture from a costly Rust/TypeScript/Firebase setup into a lean Elixir/Phoenix/PostgreSQL platform, reducing infrastructure spend from about USD 10k/month to under USD 500/month. I also lead production reliability work, including observability, incident investigation, load testing, and packet-level network debugging, plus asynchronous orchestration and AI/STT/TTS/LLM service integration.
