I am a dedicated, resourceful service manager and mechanic with extensive hands-on experience across powersports, marine, and fire-safety environments. As Owner/Operator and Head Mechanic, I developed business strategies, vendor relationships, preventive maintenance programs, and marketing efforts that improved reliability, reduced costs, and raised customer satisfaction.
