At INSIGHT THERAPY GROUP, I provide direct clinical care using trauma-informed therapy skills and evidence-based treatment. I’m learning and providing bottom-up approaches, along with interventions such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused, parts work, and humanistic approaches.
At CASEY’S CORPORATE OFFICE, I administered and maintained the Learning Management System and served as a point of contact for employees’ onboarding training and professional development. I also handled training-related questions and escalations and recommended improvements to recurring workflow gaps.
At SPARK A CAREER, I proofread and edited books, client resumes, and newsletters, and improved resumes through research and editing. Earlier, I created an online filing system for the Loss Prevention office at HY-VEE, INC.
