What I'm looking for

I’m aiming to lead the kickoff of AI-driven agile projects.

At IBERMÁTICA, I rebuilt the working relationship between Iberdrola’s Product Owner and the team behind MRED, the field operators’ mobile app. By reshaping refinement, prioritization, and client communication around flow metrics, completed user stories per sprint rose by more than 60% (estimated).

I also stabilized CORE, the largest of five squads on the Iberdrola account, combining Scrum and Kanban and managing dependencies across squads. On the EROSKI account, I directed an IT infrastructure inventory that supported machine-learning analysis of obsolete applications and unnecessary resource consumption.

Earlier, at ATSISTEMAS, I moved from technical lead to Scrum Master for a distributed team serving a Dutch client, improving delivery and reducing blockers. I’ve also developed Java and Oracle ADF systems and designed and built DEERVIEW’s insurance quoting platform, which is in production with clients in the Dominican Republic.
