What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help organizations strengthen Agile ways of working through team coaching, product leadership, flow metrics, OKRs, practical training, and organizational change.

At Toyota Motor Europe, I coach teams across ServiceNow, Atlassian, CI/CD, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture. I help management use product metrics, performance dashboards, and OKRs while adapting Toyota Production System practices to Agile ways of working.

Across BNP Paribas and LUX MED, I built and coached Scrum and Kanban teams, supported Product Owners, and delivered workshops and mentoring. As a Professional Scrum Trainer and EMCC Accredited Coach, I make empiricism practical through real-life examples, facilitation, and hands-on coaching.
