At Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), I supported senior Finance and Strategy leadership with agenda management, budgeting, analysis and financial forecasts. I led the Marketing Department Budget Optimization project, identifying efficiencies through data analysis and partnering with the Marketing Director on the resulting departmental re-organization.
At Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, I coordinated Finance Department and Leadership Team administration, including vendors, confidential documentation and stakeholder communications. I also organized events and meetings, including a retreat for more than 100 people, and managed the related budget definition and follow-up.
At NELT Group, I moved from Data Analyst to direct support for the Executive Director. As a Data Analyst, I built and maintained KPI reporting frameworks and financial analyses across multinational distribution channels to support senior commercial decisions.
At World Bank Group & IFC, I led the field component of a project involving legal and economic analysis and policy recommendations. I coordinated and monitored municipal and entity-level bodies, and prepared reports and briefings for senior management and government counterparts.
